Indian passport holders with a valid American visa or a Green Card will be eligible to get UAE visa on arrival at all ports starting May 1, officials said on Tuesday. The fee for one-time extension of the entry permit will be Dh250. Currently, citizens of 47 countries apart from the GCC nations, can get visa on arrival.

Travellers from countries not listed above will need to arrange a visa in advance of travel. Residents of GCC countries will also be provided with a visa on arrival, subject to them falling within the stipulated professions and subject to discretion of Immigration authorities.
